Economizer

The economizer is the heat exchanger that raises the temperature of the water leaving the highest-pressure  feed-water heater to the saturation temperature corresponding to the boiler  pressure, which is done by the gases leaving the last super-heater or re-heater that  still  have enough heat to transfer before it leaves to the stack, that is why it is called economizer.

H-economizer two rectangular fin, similar to a square, its edge length for the fluorescent tubes of 2-fold, an expansion of the heating surface. H-economizer flash resistance welding processes used, the welding seam after the high rate of fusion, weld tensile strength, and has good thermal conductivity. H-economizer can also manufacture dual tube "double H" type fin tubes, its rigid structure, and can be applied to a longer tube row occasion.









Materials

It is made up of parallel serpentine tubes (carbon steel, alloy steel, etc.) and collection boxes and other supporting material composition. Tubes generally have 32, 38 and other types of specifications, according to user's needs separately.

Characteristics

1). Add the heat exchange area and reduce the number of tubes, also increase the fume flow section area to reduce the fume speed and abrasion.

2). H type fin tube can be made to double H type fin tube, high rigidness to fit long tube row.

3). H type fin economizer arranged in line to make the space into many small zones, averaged air flow to reduce the abrasion.

4). With straight channel to gain the best ash-blowing effect.

5). The compact structure to reduce the weight and reduce the manufacturing cost.
